Try out the pretty Chima jeogori !

Hiya 안녕 您好 こんにちは ! (Hiya Annyon Nihao Konnichiwa)

Korea has their tradition dress, for females called
“Chima jeogori ”- chima: dress, choggori: jacket (!?) that you wear on the top
and males called “Paji(trousers) jeogori”.
All together called “hanbok”: Korean clothing

They used to be worn daily, however these days they wear it in occasions, such as the new year (Solnal), weddings etc.

There are many interesting facts about "Chima jeogori”,
like meaning of the colors for the dresses such as ...

Red: child/ unmarried women (yellow jeogori is matched mainly)
Blue: married women (about 30-40 yrs old female)

but, since I don’t know much of this...
I’ll just go into the main point,

If you want to try the korean traditional dress, Chimachogori …

You can of course go to the Chima jeogori shops to either, customise and make one yourself , buy one you like, or wear one and take a picture.

But if you just want to try one, for interest or fun !
I will recommend you to go to the global centre.

They don’t make you wear the tight underwear that you would normally wear benegh the chima, but you can simply wear it from on top of your clothes, and the staff there will do the rest. You can wear the hair band or :hat for decoration on your head too.

They also have the male Paji(trousers) jeogori too, so I saw cute couples taking pictures.
You have 15 minutes of free time to go around the room and take pictures.

☆Make sure to go early and make a reservation to make your turn more smooth (less waiting and stress) !

Cool Asia !
