I am a huge fan of Pho especially because of its herb/broth soup !

There are mainly chicken or beef based broth soup.

Pho local restaurants are everywhere,

and wherever you enter they all taste as good.

Unfortunately, I cant read Vietnamese but the restaurants I went !

Pho in Hanoi differed in

the sweetness of the broth(soup),

noodle width, and choice of herbs.

Spring rolls, deep fried bread, lime, vegetables, hot chili spices

are some things to add

to make it original and match your taste !

Eat pho and become the Pho King !!!
